WELCOME!

If fall is your favorite season, then this homemade Salted Pumpkin Coffee Creamer is going to be your new go-to staple. Not only is it crafted with real pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and mineral-rich Redmond Real Salt, but it also comes together in less than five minutes. As a result, you can enjoy cozy café vibes at home while skipping the artificial ingredients that store-bought versions usually contain.

There’s just something about the first sip of pumpkin coffee that makes the season feel official. In fact, it’s one of the easiest ways to bring fall flavor into your morning routine. On the other hand, store-bought creamers, though convenient, are often packed with preservatives, refined oils, and far too much sugar. Instead, this homemade salted pumpkin coffee creamer is quick to prepare, wonderfully fresh, and made with ingredients you can feel good about.

The best part? Redmond Real Salt brings out the warm spices and pumpkin flavor. It balances the sweetness for a perfect sweet-and-salty sip. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference, and once you try it, you’ll never go back to plain pumpkin creamer again.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

  • Made with real pumpkin purée and homemade pumpkin pie spice (not artificial flavoring).
  • Sweetened naturally with maple syrup.
  • Balanced with mineral-rich Redmond Real Salt.
  • Ready in just 5 minutes with simple ingredients.
  • Works beautifully with cold brew, iced coffee, drip coffee, and even shaken espresso.

INGREDIENTS

  • Half & Half – the creamy base that froths beautifully
  • Milk of Choice – just a splash helps smooth out the texture
  • Pumpkin Purée – be sure it’s pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling
  • Maple Syrup – adds depth and natural sweetness
  • Vanilla Extract – for warmth and flavor
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice – brings those classic fall notes
  • Redmond Real Salt – the secret ingredient that elevates the flavor

EQUIPMENT

  • Small blender or handheld frother
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Airtight jar or container for storage

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start by blending the creamer base. In a small blender or mixing cup, combine half & half, milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Using the blender (or a handheld frother), blend for 30 – 60 seconds until thick, creamy, and airy.
  2. Next, taste and adjust as needed. Not sweet enough/ Add a touch more maple syrup. Not perfectly balanced? A bit more salt does the trick.
  3. Serve : Pour over cold brew, iced coffee, shaken espresso, or a cup of your favorite drip coffee. Finish with an extra sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and Redmond Real Salt on top.

STORAGE TIPS

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • If the mixture settles, simply re-froth (or shake) before serving.
  • Make a double batch for busy mornings – it’s just as good on day two!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I make this dairy free?

Yes! Swap the half & half for full-fat coconut cream and the milk for a dairy-free option. Just note the consistency may not be quite the same.

Why add salt to coffee creamer?

Salt doesn’t just make things taste “salty.” It actually enhances sweetness and balances bitterness. Using Redmond Real Salt, which is packed with natural minerals, gives this creamer an elevated flavor you’ll notice with every sip.

Can I use store-bought pumpkin pie spice?

Absolutely. If you’d like, you can also make your own with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice.

Can I serve this warm?

Yes, just warm it gently on the stove or froth with hot coffee for a cozy latte.
