With over 20 years of expertise in the hospitality and events industry, I've planned everything from intimate dinners and luxury retreats to high-touch gatherings for 80+ guests.
Currently based in the mountains of North Carolina, I spend my days cooking, planning luxury wellness retreats, training for my next triathlon, and dreaming up new ways to help people live and eat well - wherever they are.
I created Fit to Entertain as a space where healthy food and elevated hosting could come together - without restriction, overwhelm, or performance. As someone with a passion for clean living, I've spent years creating dishes that are both nourishing and wildly delicious (even for those with dietary restrictions).
