Minimal ingredients, no oven, and a texture that truly feels like cinnamon roll dough.

Cinnamon roll flavor without the bake time has a way of feeling both nostalgic and practical. These no-bake protein bites were created for days when nourishment needs to be easy, portable, and satisfying – without sacrificing flavor or texture.

They come together in minutes, store beautifully in the fridge, and offer a balanced blend of protein, healthy fats, and natural sweetness. Simple food that works with real life.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I use a different protein powder?

Yes – choose a protein powder you enjoy the taste of. Texture may vary slightly depending on the brand, and you won’t get the classic cinnamon roll flavor if you’re not using a branded cinnamon roll flavored protein powder.

Are these gluten-free?

Yes, as long as your protein powder is certified gluten-free.

Can I make these dairy-free?

They already are – just use a dairy-free milk if needed.

What if my dough feels too dry?

Add milk one tablespoon at a time until the texture is soft and scoopable.

HOSTING TIPS

These protein bites are a thoughtful addition to a brunch spread, coffee bar, or wellness-focused gathering. Serve chilled in a small dish with a dusting of cinnamon and a tiny fork for an extra touch.
