Rich, chocolatey, and unapologetically satisfying – these brownie batter protein bites are the kind of snack that feels simply indulgent. No baking, no complicated prep, just a handful of good ingredients that come together fast and keep well in the fridge.

They’re perfect for mid-afternoon cravings, post-workout fuel, or a sweet bite to have on hand when you want something now.

They’re naturally gluten-free, no-bake, and endlessly adaptable depending on the protein powder you love most.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I use a different protein powder?

Yes. Any chocolate protein powder works, but texture may vary slightly depending on the brand. If you use a less absorbent protein powder, you may not need any milk; however, if yours airs on the more absorbent side, you’ll likely need that extra moisture.

Can I make these nut-free?

Sunflower seed butter works well as a substitute for almond butter; however, I can not speak to the difference in taste.

Do I need a food processor?

No – this recipe is designed to be mixed by hand in one bowl.

HOSTING TIPS

These protein bites are a great quiet add-on for hosting. Serve them alongside coffee, add them to a snack board, or keep in a small dish for casual grabbing. Just note that they will disappear fast!
