- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (recommended : Equip Foods Prime Protein)
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder / finely ground espresso beans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon milk (if needed)
- cocoa powder, for dusting (optional, but recommended)
Instructions
- Add almond flour, protein powder, and espresso to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Mix in maple syrup and almond butter until a thick dough forms.
- If the mixture feels dry or crumbly, add milk one tablespoon at a time until the texture is soft but rollable.
- Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Lightly dust with cocoa powder if desired.
That’s it! I do recommend letting them chill in the refrigerator for 20 – 30 minutes before enjoying to allow them to slightly firm up.
