Description

A creamy, cozy homemade pumpkin coffee creamer made with real pumpkin, maple syrup, warm spices, and Redmond Real Salt for the perfect sweet-and-salty balance.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold half & half
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for dusting
  • 2 pinches of Redmond Real Salt, plus more to finish


Instructions

  1.  In a small blender or glass mixing cup, combine half & half, milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  2. Blend until thick, creamy, and airy (30 – 60 seconds).
  3. Adjust sweetness or salt to taste.
  4. Pour over cold brew, iced coffee, shaken espresso, or your favorite cup of drip coffee.
  5. Sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice and a pinch of Redmond Real Salt.

  • Dairy-Free Option : Use full-fat coconut cream and a dairy-free milk of choice.
