- 1/2 cup cold half & half
- 2 tablespoons milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for dusting
- 2 pinches of Redmond Real Salt, plus more to finish
Instructions
- In a small blender or glass mixing cup, combine half & half, milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Blend until thick, creamy, and airy (30 – 60 seconds).
- Adjust sweetness or salt to taste.
- Pour over cold brew, iced coffee, shaken espresso, or your favorite cup of drip coffee.
- Sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice and a pinch of Redmond Real Salt.
