- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Add the almond flour, protein powder, chopped pecans, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
- Pour in the maple syrup and almond butter. Mix until a thick, cohesive dough forms.
- Scoop the mixture into bite-sized portions and roll gently between your palms (or use an ice cream scoop).
- Place the bites on a plate or tray and chill for at least 20 – 30 minutes before serving.
