Description

A creamy, spiced shaken espresso made with espresso, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and protein (if you want an extra boost). Smooth, naturally sweet, and ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 double shot of espresso, shaken over ice
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso and pour over ice in a cocktail shaker (or jar with a lid). Shake for 30 seconds until frothy.
  2. Combine milk, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a blender; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour shaken espresso (and ice) into a glass.
  4. Top with maple cinnamon mixture, stir, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use dairy-free milk alternative if desired
  • Skip protein powder if you prefer a traditional shaken espresso
  • Add a dusting of cinnamon on top for an extra cozy touch
