A creamy, spiced shaken espresso made with espresso, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and protein (if you want an extra boost). Smooth, naturally sweet, and ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 double shot of espresso, shaken over ice
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Brew espresso and pour over ice in a cocktail shaker (or jar with a lid). Shake for 30 seconds until frothy.
- Combine milk, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Pour shaken espresso (and ice) into a glass.
- Top with maple cinnamon mixture, stir, and enjoy!
