- Double shot of espresso
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Brew a double shot of espresso and pour it into your mug.
- In a small saucepan, gently warm the milk with maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla over medium-low heat. Whisk or froth lightly as it warms. If you’re using an espresso machine with a frother, froth milk, then add maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla, and stir to combine.
- Once the milk is hot (not boiling), pour it over the espresso.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired, and enjoy immediately.
