Description

A creamy, tangy homemade ranch with fresh dill and parsley. Perfect for dipping, drizzling, or dressing up salads.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup avocado mayonnaise (my homemade recipe can be found here)
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk (plus more to thin if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients : In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let Flavors Meld : Allow the ranch to sit at least 15 minutes in the fridge before serving. Thin with more buttermilk if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh herbs for the best flavor, but dried can work in a pinch.
  • Adjust thickness by adding more buttermilk or mayo.
  • Allow to rest for at least 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
