A cozy, nourishing fall latte made with espresso, maple syrup, apple pie spice, protein, and collagen for a barista-style drink with wellness benefits.
Ingredients

- 4 ounces of your preferred milk (I use locally sourced whole milk)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (my preference : Equip Foods)
- 1 scoop collagen (my preference : Paris Laundry Ocean Radiance)
- One double shot of espresso, shaken with ice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon homemade apple pie spice
Instructions
- Brew a double shot of espresso and shake with ice in a cocktail shaker or mason jar with lid for 30 seconds until chilled and frothy.
- In a blender, combine milk, protein powder, collagen, maple syrup, and apple pie spice. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour shaken espresso into a glass with ice.
- Top with apple pie creamer, stir, and enjoy.
