As a member, a weekly email featuring three of those recipes will be accompanied by a comprehensive grocery list, as well as exclusive access to tips, tricks and instructional YouTube video content.

This specialized meal planning will save you both time and money by letting Caitlin do the work! Not only will you have dinner on the table in a timely manner, but leftovers for lunch if you choose to. Let Caitlin transform the way you and your family handle meal time! Take the work off your plate, from meal planning to grocery lists, into your kitchen and onto the table! The majority of meals will be focused on 30 minutes or less, with no recipe exceeding 60 minutes to prepare from start to finish (with the exception of easy slow cooker / InstantPot meals). Recipes are adaptable and have the flexibility to meet your needs. Food allergies? Look no further - this is for you.

You have the option of joining the Fit to Eat community quarterly, for six months, or to go all in as an annual member. While the original program provided weekly recipes, I want to give those who want it the option to plan ahead! Upon joining, 36 seasonally curated delicious and nutritious recipes will automatically deliver to your inbox. And that's just the beginning!

Every Friday, you will receive an email featuring three of those recipes. The focus will be on meals in 30 minutes or less; however, there will be some that will take up to one hour (or more for easy slow cooker / InstantPot recipes). All of the recipes are both gluten and dairy free, with optional suggestions for dairy where applicable. Nut allergy substitutions and Whole30 compliant meals will also be outlined when possible.

Recipes can fall into the categories of : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Healthy Snacking, Sweet Treats. Kid Friendly included!

Along with the three featured recipes, each week you will also conveniently receive a categorized and itemized grocery list to make time in the grocery store easier than ever! Ingredient lists will focus on using what you purchase. For non-perishable items that can be purchased in large quantities (i.e. cooking fats, grains, etc.), this program will focus on using them time and again so you're not stocking your pantry with items that will sit for ages.

Quantities for each meal are easily adjustable, with recipes written to serve two. Protein selections are interchangeable (as often as possible) for those who may prefer specific meats and seafood selections over others (i.e. ground turkey over beef).

Select your own starches! Unlike popular meal delivery programs, you get to choose whether you prefer jasmine rice over white  or brown, and sweet potatoes over reds.

I'm Caitlin. Your

My life as an entrepreneur began when I started a cookie business before I was old enough to put the tray in the oven. With more than 15 years in the event planning  industry, entertaining has always been at my core. Over the years and as I began to spend more time in the kitchen, people would ask for recipes. In 2014, I launched a blog, and that was that!

Since moving to Savannah almost three years ago, the desire to reach people outside of my own community began to burn inside me. Through trial and error, I have a strong grasp on what struggles people are challenged with in the kitchen. This knowledge led to FIT TO EAT - and here we are! I cannot wait for you to experience all I have to offer.

Wait, you didn't go to culinary school?

No, but for a self-taught private chef, I have built this business from the ground up solely through word of mouth - my food is just that good. It brings me the greatest joy to serve others through healthy and delicious food - and I'm ecstatic for the opportunity to do it for a living!

Delicious doesn't have to mean fancy. Don't get me wrong, I love plating and presentation (and will teach you some of that), but what people want is food that tastes good,  is good for them. I have curated recipes that bring in rave reviews from even those who don't have food allergies!

My life has changed (for the better) since transitioning to a gluten free and (mostly) dairy free lifestyle - and I want you in on it too! Even my husband can attest to the positive changes he's seen since making the decision to eliminate gluten from his diet. What are you waiting for?

I take pride in only using the best ingredients at my disposal. Therefore, please note that I do NOT use any of the following in my kitchen (and neither will you with this program): Canola / Vegetable Oils, Grain / Gluten Fillers, Hidden Gums / Lecithins, or Cane / Refined Sugars (with the except of homemade buttercream icing). Let me show you how to nourish your body while also saving both money and time!

WHAT I DO USE . Cooking Fats : Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils,  Ghee, Coconut Oil, or Miyokos European Style Cultured Vegan Butter. Premium Balsamic Vinegars from all over the world. Quality rubs, sea salts and seasonings from companies I love to support. Crowd favorites (as long as they are clean) from stores such as Trader Joe's. As well as other products and ingredients that I have personally vetted to make sure I'm suggesting and supporting the best that's out there (without breaking the bank!)

Yes! 100% of the recipes are, and will be gluten free. No allergy to gluten? I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by how much you love what I am offering!

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all recipes included in this program going to be Dairy Free?

Almost all of the recipes will be dairy free; however, there will be an exception. These recipes will included goats / sheeps milk based cheeses; however, they can easily be omitted.

Will nutrition facts / information for macro counting be available? 

I do not meal prep based on calorie / macro counting. While I do understand this is beneficial for some trying to lose or gain weight, I do not like to think of food as numbers. I believe that a well-balanced, well sourced diet (and exercise) is most important!

Do you provide private cooking classes?

I do! There are minimums in order to book any sort of private class / event with me. Please reach out directly at caitlin@fittoentertain.com to discuss details. 

Will it be necessary to purchase organic / premium ingredients?

I purchase organic (where suggested) and premium ingredients out of personal preference; however, you are not required to do so in order to take part in this program.

Do you provide services outside of Savannah? 

I do - and love to travel, as a matter of fact! Please note that when an event / reunion is going to take place outside of Savannah, additional fees apply. While I love doing out of town events, please note that if the destination is not within driving distance (to be discussed between myself and the client), there will be limitations as to what I am able to do. In order to clarify any questions you may have, please feel free to reach out to me directly!

Are you a registered dietician?

No, I am not. But I have built up an extensive knowledge over the course of my years in the kitchen as well as through constantly educating myself on the subject.
