- 1 bottle sparkling wine (Champagne or Crémant), chilled
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 – 3 tablespoons water
- 1 – 2 teaspoons lemon olive oil
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, warm honey with water until dissolved. Cool completely.
- In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and honey syrup.
- Whisk in lemon olive oil.
- Pour about 2 ounces of mixture into each glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with lemon peel and serve immediately.
