Ingredients

- 6 ounces feta cheese, block-style, crumbled
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (or 1 tablespoon garlic oil + 1 tablespoon lemon oil)
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 small garlic cloves, grated (only if not using garlic oil)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth and whipped, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or olive oil for texture.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and finish with olive oil before serving.
