Description
A thick, spoonable protein oatmeal made with rolled oats, protein powder, and pure maple syrup. Designed to stay creamy – not watery – this is an easy, nourishing breakfast you’ll come back to again and again.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice (my recommendation : Equip Foods Prime Protein)
- 1 – 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- optional : 1 teaspoon butter or nut butter
Instructions
- Bring milk and salt to a gentle simmer over low heat.
- Stir in oats and cook 5 – 7 minutes until thick, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and rest 30 – 45 seconds.
- Stir in protein powder slowly until smooth.
- Finish with maple syrup and optional butter / nut butter.
Notes
- Add protein off heat for best texture
- Adjust thickness with warm milk, not water
