- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops Equip Foods Cinnamon Roll protein powder
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 – 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Add almond flour, protein powder, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Mix in almond butter and maple syrup until a thick dough forms.
- Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture is smooth and scoopable.
- Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to set. Optional : roll lightly in cinnamon before chilling.
