Description

Soft, no-bake Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites made with almond flour, maple syrup, and cinnamon roll-flavored protein powder. A quick, nourishing snack perfect for meal prep, workouts, or busy days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops Equip Foods Cinnamon Roll protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons milk


Instructions

  1. Add almond flour, protein powder, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Mix in almond butter and maple syrup until a thick dough forms.
  3. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture is smooth and scoopable.
  4. Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes to set. Optional : roll lightly in cinnamon before chilling.
