Instructions
- Add the almond flour, chocolate protein powder, and salt to a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
- Add the almond butter and maple syrup, mixing until a thick dough forms.
- Scoops the mixture into bite-sized portions and roll gently between your palms.
- Place on a parchment-lined plate and chill for 20 – 30 minutes to set.
- Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt just before serving, if desired.
