- 1 1/2 cups Marcona Almonds
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne Chili Pepper Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Lime Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven. Preheat the oven to 325℉ and line a small sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Season the Almonds. In a mixing bowl, combine Marcona almonds, cayenne chili pepper olive oil, chili-lime seasoning, salt, and honey. Toss until almonds are evenly coated.
- Roast the Almonds. Spread the almonds in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 12 minutes, or until the almonds are fragrant and lightly toasted.
- Cool Slightly Before Serving. Allow the almonds to cool for about 5 minutes before serving so the seasoning sets and the honey lightly glazes the nuts.
