Description
A spicy, tangy twist on classic deviled eggs made with buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Perfect for parties, game day, or holiday spreads.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise (you can find my recipe in this post)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon homemade buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- optional : finely chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs : Slice hard-boiled eggs in half and gently remove yolks. Place yolks in a small mixing bowl.
- Make the Filling : Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and crumbled blue cheese until smooth. Taste and adjust if needed. If desired, you can use a hand mixer on low speed to combine.
- Fill the Eggs : Pipe or spoon mixture back into the egg whites. Garnish with extra crumbled blue cheese and fresh chives. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use avocado mayo for a lighter option.
- Reduce buffalo sauce for less spice.
- Garnish with extra crumbled blue cheese and chives for presentation.
